They never come to HK at that size.
Only Japan can get that size Conspics, actually I know a couple that made it to HK, but from Japan and not imported directly from NC.

I would say it was hard to get, but now it's cultured in Indonesia, and you can get them quite easily, the cultured one are quite large as well.
