yellow tail damsel Bubble Eye?

Hey i have recently noticed that one of the eyes on my yellow tail damsel is inflated. looks like a bubble over his eye but its not cloudy or anything its like a clear bubble. any idea what it is??

Could be an infection. My Coral Beauty has had this twice since I got him. It went away in a couple of days on its own. Not sure what caused it.
