Anyone ever seen one of these ?

I believe it is a Murilina but have never seen anything like it. The green dots are aprox. 1/8 inch and really glow. I have had this coral for about a year and it hardly shows any growth but all my other sps grows well.

Yeah, looks like a Favites that encrusted over some branching rock. That would explain why the branches aren't growing any further.

This my coral that got hosted for me. I fragged a branch about 10 months ago. This coral is very interesting and I have been wanting to get it posted for the experts. The pattern is just like murilna, it is incrusted on the rock plus plating off from it and also branching. I also thought it incrusted a rock but when I fragged a branch I found it was solid coral. It has hardly grown in a year and the neon dots are amazing. You can see in the front where a branch broke off about 4 months agao and still has not incrusted over with flesh.

I have Lepastrea but it is not even close to this. My coral has the lines and smooth pattern of murilina but has these crazy neon dots. I will try to get a close up posted in the morning. I will try to get a pick right next to a murilina so everyone can see what I am talking about.
