I lost my boxfish!

I can not believe i lost my boxfish. Everytime i go on vacation i lose something! I lost all my wrasses over vacation to florida to a crab! And now my boxfish. i wasnt even here to flush him! my grandpa did it! So i do not know what he looked like when he died. All i know is he ate wel and my grandpa said he looked brown when he was dead!

Awe sorry man. Now he's in that Great Barrier Reef in the sky. Sucks to lose fish, especially when you weren't there.

How long did you have him? How much was he eating? Obviously it can be tough to tell if they are getting enough food....

It sucks though...beautiful fish. Sorry to hear it.

Did it release any toxins into the water when it died (i.e.-other fish died)?

Actually no it didn't I was surprised when i got home that all my fish were alive. I also learned that a boxfish in a 125 that releases its toxins could not necessarily kill all my fish.
