MSX200 Protein Skimmer

Well, last night I did it. I placed an order for SWC's newest skimmer, the MSX200.

Hopefully I get it soon, but I imagine they have a large preorder list that will be filled first. I really like that it runs a Sicce pump.

Here's the info on it (not much):

Here are some shots of it in action:

Nice. What size tank is that rated for? Not much info that I could find.
I like the 8" body, bubble plate and sicce pump, and for $350 it's hard to beat.

Mark,

I have been watching several threads about these skimmers. They look really nice and seem like they are going to be just about the best bang for the buck skimmer.

Keep us posted,.

Yeah, I've been watching all of them, too. I'm expecting the Sicce pump can be further modified to put out some major bubbles on this particular skimmer due to the 8" body and 'extra large' neck and bubble plate. It will definitely be fun to play with.
