looking for cheap rock
I'm trying to finish up my 58ga tank, and I need some more rock. I'm kinda broke right now, so hopefully someone is looking to clear things out or tearing down. I think I need around 40 lbs depending on the density. Let me know what you have for how much and we'll see what we can work out. Thanks!

If you just need to add rock to some exsisting live rock try base rock. Ocean Design Aquarium always stocks some dry base rock for less then $2.00/lb.

if you decide to go the base rock route, be sure to cure it in a separate system before putting it in your tank. even clean looking base rock will need to be cured before putting it in your tank.
for example, i've got 100# of Marco that i soaked in FW for a few days and scrubbed clean with a brush. i've put it in its own sump for curing with about 20x water flow and a protein skimmer, and its been foaming like hell for a few days now.
