i believe that they put you in a pool and let you breath underwater. but i could be wrong

Discovery Scuba lessons is only intro into SCUBA to see if you like it. They you can get Open water and Advance and ....
Since its FREE nothing to lose

You pay $150 or more for these at most hotels near scuba spots.... maybe even more. I paid something like that for the exact same thing at Turtle Bay in HI.... and yes is in pool, but is a nescessary first step if ur interested in learning to scuba! Nice digg Simon!
