Where's the best place to order VHOs lamps?

I had ordered some VHO lamps awhile ago, and I think I got some duds.

Who is the most reliable shipper of VHO replacement lamps?

My vote is for Hellolights.
I have never seen a better packing job. Try them, you will be happy. They have a web site, and they are a sponsor of RC as well.
