hey fellas need some good ideas on what to feed my tangs for good grouth?

ive heard spirulina discs by wardley recommended by some tang owners. dont own a tang myself, so dont know from personal experience. I do have a culture of 'tank heaven' from indopac sea farms in my refugium, for when I do get a tang.

Yep that is right. Soak it in selcon for 5 minutes to get them in overdrive.
I like using the spirulina discs because they are hard, last long and sink to the bottom.
The only exception is the blue (regal) tang which is a meateater but likes veggies from time to time.

I feed my tangs romaine lettuce, or I go th the local oriential market and look for Spirulina sea weed wraps- which come in sheets and are easy to feed.

As it gets larger, feed it small chunks of meaty seafood too. Mine loves squid and scallops.
