Need Help Planning A 180gal Reef

Well, im planning on getting a 180gal in the near future, but i realize as tanks get bigger they tend to get louder, i want to know how to build a real quiet tank

I want to know how to do the plumbing right, setting up the overflows right, and how much flow, i want to know what pumps have little to no noise that would be appropriate for my setup

This tank has to be ABSOLUTELY quiet for 1 reason, its gonna be in my bedroom and i like to sleep, so an and all help is appreciated

I've plumbed my 60 with a large sump b4 and it was relatively quiet, but this tank is 3 times the size and im not sure how im going to keep it quiet

i wasnt planning for it to be a full out sps reef, maybe a few here and there, so i wasnt exactly sure on the lighting setup yet, but its probably going to be mostly softires and lps, with some monti caps like how i setup my 60

im gonna have a 2" sandbed, still not sure how much liverock ill get, maybe around the ball park of 100 - 150 because i want this tank to have alot of room for the fish to swim

im planning to build a large sump as well and still have to do the electrical setup, i want to put alot of resarch into this before i start on this tank
