How's the weather???

My mommy and daddy are flying in from AZ today. I have to travel from NE Ohio to pick them up. So.....what am I in for? I have seen the reports, but has it started yet?? Leaving in about 30 minutes.

Usually it takes 2 hours, better leave myself an extra hour. I'm guessing 71 will be a low go. Thanks for the accu-weather update.

You gotta love RC. People helping people!!

Roads are bad here in the Athens area ..YUCK !!!! My boss called me told me to stay home today . It took him an hour to go less than 15 miles and he has a 4 wheel drive truck ...

I took a couple small video clips of the snow falling . It was like snowballs rather than flakes :-)

Well, that was no fun. What should have been a 4.5 hour trip took 7.5 Just go back. I went though snow, heavy show, near white out snow on 71. At Polaris it was snow sleet mix. By the time I hit the airport it was rain, freezing rain mix. 20 miunutes in and out of the airport and back on the road. It was freezing rain nearly all thew way to Mansfield, then mostly snow. Traffic was moving about 40 MPH tops. Seven plus hours of white knuckle driving. and the ROADS WER PACKED. Hard to figure. Cold beverage in ma hand, and a fire in the fire place. Life is good.

Oh yea mom and dad are home for three weeks. Worth every bit of the trouble.
