Photoperiod

Hi,

I have a 180 gallon tank with some SPS, LPS and a few softies. As of late I have been questioning my photoperiod. I have 2 @ 6 foot VHO actinics, 2 @ 175 watt 10,000K MH and one 400 watt 20,000K MH. What would be the reccommended on/off time for each?
