LF used tank

I need a used tank to replace my sump. I am getting micro bubbles in my display pretty bad from my protein skimmer. It is set up right near my return bulkheads and the pumps are sucking up bubbles filling my display and breeders like crazy. The sump I am currently using is just too small, and I would like something longer so that I could install some baffles, in hopes this will decrease the amount of micro bubbles.

Thanks in advance.

Something four feet long. Might be able to get away with a 40 breeder but I am not too sure. Four feet would be prime.

Hey Chris.

How about putting a 90 degree elbow on the top of your skimmer output, then putting a small stretch of pipe and then another 90 going down. You could then put a 25 micron filter bag under it to catch the water and filter out the microbubbles. That's what I did with my lifereef skimmer, kind of.

It's worth a try. A lot less work than replacing your sump.

Chris,
I have 40gt and a 20 or 30g breeder that are not in use. Also have a 29g that has some walls built in that was used as a sump/refugium on the 75g.

There are a few goldfish bowls in the cellar as well, and I think a 10g that leaks.
