Aquapod Help ASAP

I was doing a bit of maintenance on my tank this evening and when I attempted to plug the power cord for the pump, it started making a terrible griding noise. I can't diagnose this issue. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, how can I fix it.

Thanks.

Have you pulled the shaft and magnet out yet and make sure there isnt anything inside? It sounds like something (sand or Small lr) is wedged in the pump.

Or you got a large air pocket in the pump.
