40 Breeder stand and 24" light for sale

Ive got an old 40 breeder or 58 gal. tank stand I'd like to get rid of. I think the brand is oceanic? Not sure. It's not the nicest. My plan was to paint it black. $40

Also still have the 24" 65 watt current satellite fixture with legs (one is broke but it still holds the light, its the part that goes in the track). $25

Steve

Will that satellite fixture suspend or just sit on legs?

not sure what you mean by suspend. It's 24" I had it on a 10 gal (20") tank. The legs do slide in and out. Not sure how far out the legs go.

Thanks,

I actually had someone interested in it awhile back was just havin' problems meeting up with both of our schedules. I can't remember his user name and never heard back from him so either he changed his mind or bought another one. I'm just tryin' to scrape up a little extra change for the swap.

Steve,
If I KNEW the stand would fit in my trunk I'd pick it up at the swap. But I wouldn't want to tell you I'll take it if I won't be able to haul it off. Bump for a great deal. I will say this, if you bring it to the swap, I'll attempt putting it in my trunk, and if it fits I'll gladly take it.

I may be interested in your tank. What are the dimensions of the tank and what type of bulbs do you have in the 24" do you have pictures of it, or can you get some? How old is the tank and does it or has it ever leaked?

yea, this is for the stand only. I'll try and get a pic of the light tomorrow. Camera is at work. It's just the regular 24" single 65 watt current satellite light. Has a 50/50 bulb thats around 5-6 months old. One of the legs is broke but it still works. I used it over a 10 gal. with no problems.

buwanna is suppose to buy the stand. But if it's not sold by the frag swap I will be bringin' it. It's not heavy and will fit in the back of my blazer fine.

What are the dims on the stand? That is exactly what I'm looking for for the swap, but like Siffy, I'm not sure if I could get it in the car to bring it home...

Stand is on hold to buwanna, tryin' to make arrangements for pick up. Gary it should fit in your car, if you have the same one when you bought the stand for a 75 gal. not sure of the exact demensions on stand though other than it holds a 36"x18" tank.

The stand is still available. Was sold a couple of times but problems with makin' arrangements to meet. If someone wants me to bring it to the swap, that's cool but I will need the money paypal to me. Reason, I can't take a chance of a no show or back out at the swap because I'm pickin' up a 55 gal tank and metal stand at the swap and all of it wont fit in my blazer. Or if someone wants to meet me in Smyrna to pick it up, that's fine too. $40 if you pick up or $45 is you use paypal. Not sure of the paypal charges. Stand will hold a 36"x18" tank.

Thanks,
Steve
