Very thin Mimic Tang

I'm trying to fatten a small mimic tang. I've had him for four days now in qt. It's been eating formula two, cyclopeeze and nori very well while soaking them in Zoe and garlic extreme.

How would I know if it has a internal parasite and what would I need to do to get rid of it?

You may not notice a big difference in just 4 days. If the fish is eating well, and continues to do so, it should start filling out fairly soon. If it doesn't gain weight, it could be an internal bacterial infection. The garlic can sometimes help with this. Watch for white stringy feces.
