Vodka shots

Can anyone help me with dosing vodka to my FOWLR
with nitrate of 250 + and algee problem

I have read in some forum that it can reduce nitrate and phosphate a lot

I will dose about 2 ml of vodka in my setup with around 75 gal of water

Any recommendation
