Is there any hope for my Yasha!??!!

wole up this morning to find my Yasha on the opposite end of the tank far from his buddy mr pistol.
He was breathing hard and against a rock, i put him in a safe cup and did a water change... breathing slowed down but he still leans a bit, is this it.... hope he can last thru the night for another water change.

Does anyone have any suggestions why he dying?
my params are cool, i did have a heat spike last week but he was fine shortly after, then i noticed he didnt come out to eat for a few days. I saw him yestarday go into his burrow but didnt eat. then this morning i found him as described above.
