Thanks for the compliments Rogger, it's a Canon A 75 with factory housing from Ebay..... Visibility on Saturday was great, that helped alot.

We're thinking about a beach dive from Ft. Lauderdale this weekend, wanna come?

I will love to go diving but I have other plans already, be careful with the beach this weekend, there will be lots of boat activity due to the Lobster mini season first weekend.

wow andrea, those pics are amazing. i always love seeing natural pictures of our reefs, the fish always look so much happier, fat and plump then when we stick them in our tanks.

Those pictures are amazing! Except the 'cuda....I HATE those things! I'd rather dive with sharks than a barracuda.

I can't wait to go to the keys this summer!

nice pics....

How deep were the Jaw Fish ?

Sugar, you don't want to dive with sharks . As long as you don't have any food( fish, squid, ect) or shinny objects you're perfectly ok with cudas....
now sharks. .. that's a different story....

The Jaw Fish where in about 30 feet.

There where actually 2 cudas hanging around and personally I don't mind them either. My boyfriend tried to get close to shoot some pictures and they turned right around and moved away.

awesome pics! thanks for sharing...i was diving last saturday in key largo and it was beautiful day with very clean water.

went lobstering today as well but it rained heavily and the freshwater messed up the visibility. either way i love to dive down and just stare around coral heads looking al kinds of beautiful fish and life that i would love to put in my tank. seeing them in the wild is a great inspiration for keeping a healthy reef at home

ahoyhoy239 - These pictures where taken on Saturday.

Jman - they where all over the place, but you have to get close to the bottom to see them. We were well beyond Looe Key.

Here is another shot of the Jawfish, they are very hard to spot
