Hippo tang

My hippo tang just recovered from serious ich attack but now its got 3 brown circle spots on the black marking near the tail. Not sure if its brown it looks like brown but its kinda white which kind of looks like gray. Kind of lost abit of color blue has light patches of white fish still looks healthy, breathing is normal, calm and eats alot but the color of the tang is kinda blochy now. any idea what it is?

I've got no answer for you, but I'm curious as to any change in the fish's behavior and colour since you posted

you will more than likely need to extract the fish and treat.
