Phoenix 250 DE 14000k?

I have only found one site that sells the Phoenix 250 DE 14000k and it was priced at $59.95.

Is this the best price on the bulb? I need something to replace my XM 15's. When I bought the XM 15000k's, I had no idea they had just about the lowest par output of any 250w bulb.

If your budget was $70 per 250w DE bulb, what bulb would you choose for SPS and clam growth?

For just pure growth and not color.
