algae ID

Can someone indentifiy this algae........and HOW do deal with it. I've fought it forever. NOTHING WORKS. thanx . Already do the phosban reactor w/ roaphos, snails don't touch it. ONLY thing to work is pulling it off manually. Would the Mg dosing work ? Or how about a U.V. ?

The hair algae might be too long for snail to munch on. Try ripping it out at the base that will make it short enough for the little guys to get on it
