Watch the anemone very closely. If you see that the tentacles seem to be shrinking, then you'll have to remove it. Both of my maroons have a tendency to eat the tentacles off of all of my RBTA's (strangely-enough, they didn't eat my GBTA ). I hope the maroon behaves for ya. It appears to be a nice specimen.

Any closer pics of the maroon?

I have a maroon/RBTA combo and the clown doesnt eat the RBTA. Dont be hasty. Sometimes the anemonies shrink after eating.

Oblivionis - No mate to play with yet but I am looking for a small male.

Hans - I did notice late last night that the clown was sort of gently sucking on the tips. I looked at it this morning and all seems well. I will keep a close eye on things. Thanks for the heads up.

Efrain,

Anemone looks good. Where did you get it?

I got the RTBA from a fellow RC member. But I know that Got Fish on Orland Park has RTBA for 40 dollars and are bigger and have bubble tips..
