Help! Tank full of tiny bubbles!

I had a professional come in yesterday and install an in sump skimmer in my tank. Now my tank is full of tiny air bubbles. I keep trying to adjust my skimmer, but am clueless! What could be the problem?

You might want to ensure that the outflow from the skimmer is away from the input to your return pump. Ideally the outflow should pass through a couple of baffles to quiet the water.
