Flow Rate on a Turbo Twist UV

I recently bought a coral life Turbo Twist 6X UV sterilizer, does anyone know what pump I should use on a closed loop system. Thanks.

It's rated for 200-400 gph, so maybe an Eheim 1250?

Should I use a pump at a slow flow rate. I never used one of these but thought I would give it a try.

You could look around for a 200 gph pump, I guess.
