Your tank is about 22gal. I like red-leg hermit crabs and a few snails--I like Nassarius and cerith. But JMHO.

For a full reef I would do the following critters (top to bottom according to quantity):

Turbo Snails
Red Legged Hermits
Bumblebee Snails
Abalone (only if need be)
Brittle Star/Tiger Stripped (only if need be)

What is your tank setup? What type of lighting, circulation etc...? If you do not have much of a bio-load then you can buy some snails. I don't use crabs much after a few bad experiences with them. I only have three at most and they are small hermit crabs. But I do have allot of turbo snails. They do their job well. There are many types of clean up crews you can purchase. I would recommend doing a search on a starter cleanup crew. Do some more research and find out what best fits you and your setup. You do not even know how much this Community of Reefers has helped me advance through my learning process.

thanks alot for the replies... i am currently using a normal flouresence lighting and a normal overhead filter... as this is the very first tank i have ever setup, i intend to trial out first...

my tank is currently doing very well with healthy corals and inhabitants...
currently having
1 clarkii clown
1 tomato clown
1 flame goby
2 neon damsel
2 striped damsel
1 blue damsel
1 boxing shrimp
1 sebae anemone
1 bubble tip anemone
2 sponge
1 bubble coral
1 cateye coral
1 hammer coral
1 maximas clam

just notice that my tank is getting abit dirty from all the waste of the fishes... currently having undergravel filter but have yet to start it but as i've heard about the constraints of using it...

thus i wanted to get some cleanup crew that will not affect any corals... i've just saw a small tiny crab in my tank not too long ago not sure wad it is...

UMM HOLY OVERSTOCK batman!

You don't need a cleanup crew IMO...you need to reduce the bioload. How long has your tank been up and running? And how long have you had all this stuff?

been running for the most 2 mths... the hard corals were in for about 2 weeks... everything is doin well... very well infact that the fishes are super responsive to handfeed food....lol

seems to most ppl it's overstocked but i feel that it is just nice.... not gonna add anymore fishes... just intend to get a last coral ( plate coral or flower pot)

the only problem with it is the fishes waste.... it's becoming an ugly sight on my sand bed...

2 clowns, 1 goby, 5 damsels, 1 shrimp, corals....

That is a lot for a 22 gallon tank. I would get pretty religious about water changes and syphoning the fish waste out OFTEN. You almost have as many fish as I do in my 90g with a 42g sump....

Damn I hate when I get sidetracked. I must be getting old...

I recommend Mexican turbo snails #1, astreas, margaritas are good as well. Scarlet hermits and Mexican red leg are good (scarlet are the best IMO). I like emerald crabs. I would get a sand sifting star and maybe a cleaner shrimp if they get along with your boxer (never heard of it sorry).

you can get extra shells from the LFS for free if you are nice to them.

I have lots of hermits (red-legs and blue legs). They do not bother any corals or any of my tube worms (look like dusters), and I have lots of tube worms too.

I think blue and reg leg hermits don't grow too big. I have some from my original tank that has not changed shells yet, been almost a year. About 1 inch shells so far.

All my hermits very passive. Picks at LR and digs in sand. They never fight or have killed anything.
