Thumbs up Premium Aquatics Problem

Just wanted to put in a plug for Premium Aquatics.

I ordered a test kit that showed up with a cracked syringe. Michelle at Premium Aquatics sent me out a complete new kit at no charge to me as soon as I made her aware of the problem.

Excellent service!

PA is a great place and would be a great fieldtrip but if you do that, you may also want to include a trip to Inland Aquatics in Terre Haute... Worth the trip for corals and livestock. While not a pristine "showplace", it is unrivaled in the midwest/heartland in scope of operation.

The club discussed renting a bus and heading down to inland aquatics last year, should we see if we can get the ball rolling on that again with a stop at PA as well?

Premium Aquatics is awsome. I can't wait to visit their new store. I went there once to pick up an online order, but they had'nt even opened yet so everything was just getting set up. The new location has alot more room than the old one thats for sure. I remember the first time I went to the old one, there were so many people there you could hardly walk. Maybe now that they have more room it wont be so hectic. Luckily they are only an hour away from me.
