Aquascaping ideas for 180 please

Anyone have a tank with closed loop returns at each end? I have such a setup with 4, 2" returns, 2 at each end of the tank hooked up to an oceans motions on a reeflo 3600 gph pump.

The CL returns leave about 9" between each other and are vertically about 14" from the tank floor. I would like to maximize their use as my entire premise to set this tank up this way was to avoid the many power heads that I had in my 90 not to mention the nightmare of those things falling and blasting coral and/or sand on occasion. Trouble with my new CL is, it requires some fancy rock work to not block their path.

hmmm. I must be the only tool who went and drilled holes through the sides of their tank.
