Unhappy RSM Timer Help

Hello All,

I am in the process of setting up my new RSM. I am having a severe brain cramp trying to set the timer. The directions in the manual don't seem to help me for some reason. Would someone in the know be kind enough to reply to this thread with some guidance on setting the timer? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I have been in the same situation...

It turned out that my RSM timer was defective. Red Sea provided quickly a replacement. But... Opening the hood and replacing the thing is a real PITA. Good Luck.

No...but I had to do mine twice...lol...didn't get it quite right the first time...you have push/pull the little time sticks to set the time...so you'll need an on and an off time...and then you have to turn the entire dial so it roughly lines up to the 'real' time...

I've tried everything I can think of, it just won't work correctly. I just emailed Red Sea to get there advice. I believe it is defective so I am hoping they will give me a replacement.
