Hippo Tang with ich

I have a small hippo tang with raised white spots all over its body (I would say it is ich or a similar parasite). I have a cycled qt tank that has been running for months however the heater failed and it was cold (60ish) for about 1 week.

Would this have killed the biological filtration?

I have a penguin hob filter on it with no bio wheel. I am using ceramic rings and live rock rubble in the filter instead of that.

Could I bring this up to temp and put the tang in the 55?

I am going to treat with Cupramine, will this harm the tang?

Bio filter will be fine, just bring the temp back up to normal. The cupramine is also fine with tangs
