Kick-Ick-bubble coral question

Several of the fish in my reef have ick. I was totally unable to catch the little buggers so after searching this forum, I decided to try "Kick-Ick".
Yesterday I shut down the skimmer, pulled the chemi-pure & put in the first treatment. Today, my bubble coral, which has been in the tank for 11 years looks terrible. All of the bubbles are shrunken so it looks tight to the skeleton & a couple of the mouths are gaping. This evening it doesn't look quite as bad but it still looks very very wrong. None of my other inverts appear to be affected.
Has anyone seen this before with this product or might this be a coincidence?
If this is just some yet to be seen unusual behavior with the coral, I will ignore the problem, but if this is likely to be a "kick-ick" reaction, I will set up a quarentine tank for the coral while the fish are being treated.
Thank you,
Frizz

Yes. Same problem. Did not affect anyone else though. Coincidence? I don't know but you and I make two at least!

Was it also a bubble coral? How did you handle the problem & did the Kick-Ick work on your fish?
thanks,
Frizz

Yes and the Bubble Coral died.

Kick Ick has worked for me in the past, but I also follwed up treatment with UV. I know the product is contrversial on this board but I saw it work a miricle in one of my tanks the last winter. Some hate it, some love it.
