SpectraPure Multi tank liquid level controller?
Anyone have any experience with a SpectraPure Multi tank liquid level controller? I am looking to purchase something for an auto-top off and this one will control my RO/DI as well as top off a reservior and top-off my sump.
Just want to know how well this unit is working for everyone? Thanks |

Yes, I use one to prevent ro creep. I have the llc-m the system is use to control the evaporation of the tank and I use it to refill my 100 gallon vat to mix salt water for water changes. It alows a ro unit to perform better and the post Di cartriges will last longer ( if you system has them) because unlike a float valve only alowing ounces at a time it uses a switch from a pressur tube to come on when the sump drops 1/2 to 1 inch, in my sump that is 2 or 3 gallons, different depending on the dimentions of you sump. Mine has work with no probles for about seven years now. I recomend them for any one with a ro unit. Just use a float falve after only a safty back up, you can never be to carefull.

Thanks for the reply Plato, you have helped with my decision to purchase the unit.
I will be buying that same unit (LLC-M) to control my 5 stage spectrapure RO/DI. |
