My monitor is not too good and my resolution is kind of messed up but it looks like a sea slug/nudibranch based on what I am seeing. I would guess some kind of lettuce nudibranch - if that's what it is then it is an algae grazer and reef safe. Like I said though between the picture and my monitor there is plenty of room for error - could you get a "back shot" of it or a shot from above?

Looks like a nudibranch, although it is definitely not a lettuce. Many of these nudibranchs eat certain species of corals, so you may want to remove it ASAP. (when you take it out try not to crush it or touch it, I read a post about a guy being hospitalized because he crushed one of these guys with his finger)
