New Tank 10' x 8' x 1" 38 gallons

just thought i would share the newest edition to the house. with the young one coming my wife ask me if i would want a aquarium theme for his room and since i only have a nano i was game. so here are the pics of the wall.

nope just had to clean the brushes everyday for the last 3 weeks and trust me i almost made a cleaner out of some pvc i had laying around. i'm telling you it's a mixture of pvc glue and the paint fumes!!!!!

That really looks amazing! Would your wife mind sharing some details about what kind of paints she used? I did am ural once in my dorm at college but used a paint that was VERY hard to paint over (oops) and just loooove seeing artistic stuff like this.

Most excellent!!! My tank isn't great but its got a lot of characters in it if she'd ever want to do something fun with lots of little gobies and what not

the paint she used is apple barrel acrylic paint from walmart. it's cheap like .43 cents for a 8oz tube. very easy to paint over if you use primer before. and i'll let ypu know when she wants to do a real tank shot.

Incredible and awesome work! Wow! I think she may have a new business idea there! You know I think it's Wyland who paints fish art and makes zillions from it. He started by painting walls too. ;-)
