Question who's useing astro-turf?

how many of you are using astro-turf around your tanks to prevent escapees?

Nope....

I think that is used mainly for GPO's and other large specimens at public aquaria etc.....

I might give it a go one day tho.....

I agree that it isn't much use for small to medium sized octopus. My guys cruise right over it. I have used it for O. cyanea with some success, but if they reach over it and contact glass or wood on the other side, they don't seem to mind crossing it.
