Those with Purple Death Palys
Do you keep your Purple Deaths in high or low light to get the really purple color???

I got rid of all of mine earlier this year and they did very well and kept a nice deep purple in both high and low placement. They seem to grow very fast in everyones tank whom I know has them.
Maybe someone else can cast a better light on them for you. Mucho

HIgh flow high light big but brownishPurple
Med flow lower light smaller yet purple.. They eat anything like mysis, cyclopeeze , pellets etc.... all these aspects go for the nuclear greens as well.

I had mine up top for a while under dual 250 MH and they grew like crazy and were a deep purple for the longest. They were equaly as purple down low. I fed them live brine and frozen mysis. There was nothing wrong with them I guess, I just didn't care for them anymore so I traded them away.
