Does anyone know what the discount code is I would like to place an order tonight.

I think that it means a perminant discount code that would be good for past Sept 12. Maybe I am wrong about that though. If so, not having it is how I screwed up my own order.

From the very first message:

After your club decides on the week they want to start the promotion (Monday-Monday) all your members need to do is register for a regular account on our website and send us an email mentioning this promotion and the name of their club. We will update their account to a wholesale account that Monday and give them access to all products with wholesale pricing.

Cool

I just sent mine too, about 45 minutes ago and still have yet to hear back from them. Not too worried since we still have til' next week to order.

Looks like what happenend to me is that I did everything except send a separate email. A consequence of my dried up brain needing more simplified instructions undoubtedly. Maybe they will fix it for me. who knows. I had been wanting to try their products anyway. The discount had been the boost that I needed to get started.

we refunded the difference for a few of you that mentioned the discount in the customer comments section but didn't send the email asking for the account upgrade.

it is much easier if you send the email asking for the account upgrade : )

That hasn't been reflected yet on my invoice but it is very much appreciated. I apologise on behalf of myself and others who's learning curve presents a bit more of a challenge than the rest of the folks here.

Hi,

On the orders placed without requesting the wholesale account upgrade we need to manually enter the refund with the credit card company we got some of them done Friday , the rest will be done Monday.

Again, it is much easier for everyone if you create an account and send us a email asking for the account upgrade . The site will then show all the new prices and charge you correctly so you don't have to worry about all this : )

Hmm. Not sure what I did wrong. I got my acct upgraded. Went to site, logged in and placed the order but it did not reflect any discount. Just to check went back second time and did not log in and got same prices. Placed the order anyway so we get to our 10 order threshold.

Didn't this have to be shipped to 1 address to get a bigger discount? Who's addy is it going to?

It doesn't seem like anyone is taking responsibility to run this GB...??? Are we all just doing this on our own as far as shipping goes? If so, I guess that's fine...

For the people in your club that prefer to organize one large order we offer additional savings with quantity discounts and combined shipping. *the quantity discount is only available for individual orders shipped to the same address and on the same transaction.*

You got it Phil, though no one seems to want to organize a mass order.

For me, thats ok though as I'm in the west valley and wouldn't want to trek across the valley for a bucket of chemicals when they can be shipped right to my door and I can split the cost of shipping with someone else..

One of the things that I was excited about was the idea of recieving a discount without the usual group buy where you have to PU at a central place. My crazy schedule makes that very very difficult for me to do.

Group buys are always 25+ miles from my house and I don't want to travel for the pick up on a work night. So like Frizz, I liked the fact I could get a good rate on something that would come to my house and be on my schedule.
