Unhappy good news bad news

good news i setup a quarantine tank
bad news I just recently purchased a six line wrasse and it appears he has a small white spot on his right fin im wondering how i should treat this fish he,s eating fine and other wise looks fine my water parameters are ammonia 0 PH 8.2 temp
79-80 and nitrate between 2.5 and 12.5 should i use green x ?
Im also thinking of using garlic in his food.The spot appeared today so now what?

Sure could use the help
