Some sort of Goby or Sandperch. Sorry I don't know more than that.

Looks like a Bigtooth Goby, Macrodontogobius wilburi

I was told it was a goby, I should have put that in the first post.

They were calling it a striped goby, but I knew that wasn't correct.
