Question Enough Lighting?

My Lightbulb recently went out on my tiny Nano 2.5 Tank, and it got my wondering. Is a 10watt 50/50 bulb enough for that tank or should I get a pure fluroescent light, I understand that this lighting isn't enough to support most corals. I only use this tank in college for a little peppermint shirmp and a few things of live rock

Thanks
