Creature Identification and Questions
Does anyone know what an orange eyed urchin is? What is the Latin name?
Also, does anyone have any experience with red modern coral? If so I would be interested in hearing your insights. Same question as above but now about Gonoporia? |

Don't know re urchin, red modern; but steer clear of goniopora. Expert only, mature tank.

Modern coral usually refers to a Scolymia sp. They're reasonably easy corals to keep.
The urchin might be a Diadema setosum.

Yea, thats it thanks a lot!
Ok I guess I will stay away from goniopora then. Just asking, but what makes them so hard? What do they need to survive? |
