Sometimes GSM's are hard to pair up we didn't even try with one of ours because he didn't have the best temperment depends a lot on the fish, but as a rule GSM's are a bit harder than your percs and occys.

theres a trick to it. If you ask fr pics in the clowns forum you'll get a bunch of ideas. thats the method I took.

get a specimin container or make somthing that will hold the baby for a few days
(I used a shampoo bottle holder from target, it was clear plastic with lots of holes, and 2 suction cups. I made a top for it using needle point plastic from a craft store and zip ties)

Put the baby in the container and put the container as close to the females spot as you can, and leave it there for 2-4 days

Your females going to flip out. attack the container ect. eventually she'll calm down enough that you can let baby out.

Shes still going to attack it, but 98% of the time they work it out real fast. (as soon as the male starts submitting)

Some people think you should cage the female for the 2-4 days, but mine would have just ate the container I swear lol

Mine lay eggs 2-3 times a month now.

remember, the smaller the baby the better

the chase

ouch

the day after
