Question What is this (/w pics)????

My clownfish got this thing growing on is fin.. What is it and how I can cure this...

maybe its just some loose material floating around that got stuck on him. if not then my best guess would be fungus, but im no genius so it would be clever to get a second opinion

it is growing so it's not material floating that got stock....

Perform several small water changes in the course on the next two weeks. Supplement food with vitamins, offer mysis, formula 1 and 2, spirulina flakes. Test your water frequently.
