Depends on when you changed water last, and what the new water tests at.

Have you been testing your new water before doing water changes? I stopped using IO because I had to supplement all 3 after making a new batch. You don't want to raise the alk too fast.................alk spike=not good....

Don't switch directly to OP pro, you will burn your tank up because the levels are off the charts on that stuff =)

You could try going half op pro and half your old salt mix until you get your levels up. Keep in mind your corals are used to the deficient levels so any suddem changes will be too much for them to handle. Try to spread it out over the course of at least a month =)

Doing a water change is not going to raise your ALK if the new water is also 7 as you say. You need to add buffer to raise both your tank and your new water. A 10 gallon change will not have much of an effect on a 90 gallon tank. You really need to raise the ALk and Calcium levels in your tank by some other method. I would sugest one of the two part additives to rise both.

i've been dosing wm two part and tm mg for the past three days, and the numbers has not change. i have both the salifert and elos test kits.
i checked out the reef calculator and it said i need a ridiculous amount like a whole bottle for my ca to be 350, and dont know how many spoon of tm mg. i know i need my mg to be high enough to maintain my ca and alk.
10 gallon per day for a week still wont get the number up? I need a better solution. maybe use the ocean pure and do bi-daliy water change? slowly but surely.
