Is this clean enough?

I am changing my 29 gallon freshwater tank of 2 years to a saltwater tank (probably FOWLR, but maybe a reef down the road). I took out all of the equipment, plastic decorations, and black gravel and washed the tank with water and paper towels. My questions is--did I clean it well enough? Should I dissinfect it with vinegar water or something else?

I disinfect all my 2nd hand tanks FW or SW with a bleach/water solution. I add a 1/4 cup per ten gallons. It's stiff and nothing survives. Then I let it sit dry for a few days then fill and airriate for a few days with FW.

I used vinegar and hot water to clean 3 tanks and they look brand new. If you have mineral stains (rainbows in the glass) you can use some baking soda and vinegar and it cleans it pretty well.

It's not dirty at all. I was just wondering if I should dissinfect it to kill bacteria or any "bad stuff".

I would do the bleach thing as well, just for that extra peace of mind

I think I'll bleach it. As you said cmhollis--it will be an extra peace of mind. I really don't feel like screwing this tank up because I am lazy.
