White marks on fins only on Blue Throat Trigger Pair

Got these beautiful triggers, a pair, both actiing very lively and coming to the front of th QT tank. Basically they had these marks/spots on arrival, the larger is the female, her marks are just about cleared up, but the male(smaller fish), has like a white chunk on top fin, with some other cloudiness, and also on bottom fin. Both fish have perfectly clear bodies, heads, and eyes, only mark or discolorations are on the fins, did one 5 day treatment of Maracyn for Saltwatetr, they are in a 12 gal. QT. Please help, near the end of second 5 day dose, no change in male, although today, I noticed a bit more cloudiness on the bottom fin, not in photos taken, any help would be appreciated, both very active, and eating mysis and krill, fine, water parameters are also perfect.
