It is hard to see in the pic, but does it have a skeletal structure similar to that of Frogspawn? If not it is an anemone, I have a couple like it in my sump, they eat whole snails when they can get them. I also have something like that (a group of 3 as a matter of fact) that do have the skeletal structure in my main display, and I have no idea what they are. There was a thread a few months back, before I found mine, that dealt with it and had good pics, but I haven't been able to locate it and I don't recall the answer.

They look like little strawberry anems.
Nonphotosynthetic, harmless--if they are what I think--I too have many under ledges--they inflate at night.

They do look like them but without the color. I wish I was able to find a better pic. But it took my wife a while to find that pic.

Here's another pic, I have a bunch in my tank and also have no idea what they are, but they look like the same thing as what's posted above...

This pic is from my tank.

Not bad IMO, they have caused no issues in my tank....I have a LOT with SPS. If you see white spots near corals near these anemones, then worry, for now, I say don't.
