Could he be laughing at the fact that you STILL haven't had your tanks up and going after 5 years???

Capo is a carpenter too? Oh yeah, wasn't he Jesus' foreman for that Jerusalem build?

Where is CapnGeritol? It is too early for Bingo and a few weeks away from social security check time when he can be found at the casino playing the nickel slots.
