Cool - it turns out my friend is moving this Tuesday so I'll be able to make it.

Joining RMRC
Hi Chase,

Welcome to Denver. Here are the steps to join RMRC: 1. Come to a meeting and you will be a member. 2. Anyone that comes to their first meeting is expected to bring Filet Mignons and a bottle of Louis XIII. Just kidding. All you need is to show up.

Hopefully you will be able to make the meeting this month. I don't want to say Cris Capp has a great tank (Which it is). but, a lot of the LFS's carry his coral frags for sale and not only do they list the type of coral, they also actually label it "Cris frag". Another words, this is a real WOW tank that most of us dream about having.

I'm sure it will be a great meeting and we will all learn a lot.

We always look forward to meeting new members. Hope to see you soon.

OJREEF I should mention I’m a vegetarian/recovering alcoholic. (Not really, but I need an excuse not to bring Filet Mignons and a bottle of Louis XIII.) So I guess its celery sticks and kool-aid!

I saw the pictures of Cris’s tank in this thread. AMAZING! I moved here from Boise Idaho, and have been to G.A.R.F a few times, and I can tell you they would be jealous of it!

As far as LFS I’ve visited, Sherman tanks. (Both locations) Also been to Key’s aquariums. (I think that’s the name) I’ve formed opinions about both so far but would like to hear what you guys think about them before I go off.

Anyways I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone.

I'm glad to see that we will have some new members at the meeting! It looks like we will have a pretty good turnout. It is always nice to talk to other reefers with the same addiction.

I just talked to Becky and she has agreed to talk to the group about aptasia and how to get rid of them. The only catch is that she won't be over until ~5:30. Anyone who would like to stay, can listen to an abbreviated version of her speech she plans to give to the group at MACNA. I look forward to hearing what she has to say.

Alright, it looks like I will be coming out for this event... This will be my first RMRC event hopefully I won't get hazed too badly by all of you! I will hopefully know some of you already from different stores, etc... See ya there!

I will see you all there. I am gonna stay for Beckys aptasia preview. Seems when I moved my tanks I aquired them from...my old rock being turned over? Don't really know as I had none before and only removed excess rock, didn't add any?? They just turned up. Kind of funny
