Nah, it didn't taste gamey, it was good stuff....i was just wondering how others cook it so maybe i can experiment...i got a ton of it in my freezer...looks like it'll be an antelope christmas, new years, valentine's...etc...

More for you....you can't go wrong with jerky, even people I know that hate it will eat the jerky. The flour/egg/flour will keep it tender.
